Why are there so many "Unblocked Games" numbers? (66, 76, 77, 88, 99, 911...)

It's the school-filter arms race. Every time IT departments block one URL, students set up the next one at a slightly different domain and a different number. The "77" branding just means "the next site after 76 got blocked." How Ruffle works (and why it matters)
