Eggy Car is the deceptively cruel physics game where you drive a small car with a giant raw egg balanced precariously on top, and your only objective is not to drop the egg. Sounds easy. The egg has other ideas.

The course is an endless side-scrolling track of hills, drops, jumps, and ramps. The car handles smoothly — acceleration, braking, easy turns. The egg, however, is barely attached. Every bump shifts it. Every steep climb tips it backward. Every fast descent threatens to roll it off the hood. You spend the entire run feathering the throttle and brake to keep the egg centred.

The game rewards patience over speed. Slow runs are long runs. Going too fast over a single hill flings the egg into orbit; cresting the same hill at a controlled pace passes safely. The longer you survive, the trickier the terrain — hills get steeper, gaps get wider, the egg seems to actively try to fall off.

There's a coin economy that unlocks new cars and skins, but the game's draw isn't progression — it's the constant tension of an unstable load. Each run is a tiny exercise in restraint. Some players reach distances of 5km+; most experience a perfect tense little 200-metre run before disaster strikes.

How to play Eggy Car

Controls. Right arrow or D — accelerate. Left arrow or A — brake / reverse. There's no jump, no tilt — physics is everything. Throttle control is the entire game.

Tips:

• Crest hills slowly. The single biggest egg-killer is hitting a peak too fast and launching off the back of the car.
• Brake INTO downhills, then accelerate out. Letting gravity build speed unchecked tips the egg forward.
• Air time is the enemy. Stay grounded on every bump — landing nose-down ejects the egg every time.
• When the road levels out, don't race. Conserve speed and recentre the egg before the next obstacle.
