How to play Retro Bowl

Controls. Swipe / drag to aim and throw (mouse click and drag on desktop). Tap/click receivers to select a target. The power and angle of your throw depend on the drag direction. On defence, the game plays itself — focus on the offence.

Tips:

• Throw to the flat and short routes early — they're reliable and let you build momentum before risking deeper passes.
• Upgrade your offensive line first. A sacked QB loses yards; a protected QB has time for the whole route to develop.
• Watch the receiver icons — a "!" means they're open. Don't force it to a covered target.
• Manage player morale. Low-morale players fumble more and perform worse in big games.
