How to play Blackjack

Controls. Mouse only. Click "Hit" to draw another card. Click "Stand" to lock in your current total. Click "Double" to double your bet and take exactly one more card. Click "Split" to split a pair into two separate hands (if dealt a pair). Bet by clicking chip denominations before each hand.

Tips:

• Always split aces and 8s. Never split 10s or 5s. This single rule prevents the most common beginner losses.
• Hit on 16 against dealer 7+. Stand on 17+. These two rules cover 60% of your decisions and dramatically lower house edge.
• Double down on 11 against any dealer card except an ace. It's the single most profitable double.
• The dealer's face-down card is statistically more likely to be a 10 than any other value. Play assuming they have 10+ them card up.
