About Tunnel Rush

Tunnel Rush is a first-person speed-dodging game that drops you into an endless 3D tunnel and dares you to survive the barrage. You hurtle forward automatically through a spinning corridor of geometric obstacles — spike walls, rotating barriers, and colour gates — and your only job is to slide left and right (and read the rotation) fast enough to thread every gap. The tunnel never ends and the speed only climbs.

It sits in the same family as Slope and Run 3: pure reflex, no shop, no upgrades, just you versus your reaction time. The genius is in the visual overload. Bright colours pulse, the tunnel corkscrews, and obstacles rush at you faster than feels fair — but every hazard is fair, telegraphed just far enough ahead that a sharp player can react. Deaths feel earned, which is exactly why "one more run" turns into twenty.

Tunnel Rush ramps difficulty through raw velocity. Early seconds are a gentle glide; a minute in, the tunnel is a strobing blur and you're pattern-matching gaps by instinct rather than thought. The rotating sections are the real test — you have to account for the whole tunnel spinning while you're also shifting sideways, and misjudging the spin is the classic Tunnel Rush death.

Because a run is short and a restart is instant, it's a perfect between-classes game: quick to pick up, impossible to fully master, and endlessly re-runnable on a school Chromebook.

How to play Tunnel Rush

Controls. Left / Right arrows or A / D to move around the tunnel. Some versions also let you use the mouse. That's the whole scheme — there is no jump and no brake. Everything is about steering and reading the rotation early.

Tips:

• Look at the far end of the tunnel, not the obstacles closest to you — reacting to what's near is already too late.
• On rotating sections, track the spin direction first, then commit your dodge to match it.
• Tap in short bursts. Holding a direction over-shoots the gap and slams you into the next wall.
• Colour gates only let matching colours through in some versions — glance at your colour before the gate arrives.
