Granny 3 is DVloper's biggest escape house yet, and it raises the stakes again: now you're up against three threats. Granny still hears the smallest sound. Grandpa is back, slow and half-deaf but heavy-handed (and in this one he carries a shotgun). And lurking through it all is Slendrina, whose appearances drain your nerve and force you to keep moving. Three different hunters, one sprawling two-storey mansion, five days to get out.

The house is the real star. Granny 3 spreads its puzzles across two full floors connected by stairs and tight corridors, so you're constantly making vertical decisions — chase a key upstairs while both grandparents are patrolling the ground floor, or clear the basement first? There are multiple escape routes again, including a car and a train, each gated behind a long chain of items: keys, a battery, a cog, fuses, weapons to clear an obstacle. Nothing is one step.

Because the map is so much larger, route planning matters more than reflexes. Veterans memorise a single efficient path — which rooms to hit in what order, where the safe hiding spots sit on each floor, which doors are noisy. A panicked sprint just brings all three hunters down on you at once. The game rewards patience, quiet movement, and knowing exactly where you're going before you commit to crossing an open hallway.

Difficulty runs from Practice (empty house, no enemies) through Easy, Normal, Hard and Extreme. As with the rest of the series, Practice is the smart on-ramp: walk the whole mansion with zero pressure, learn the layout cold, then flip the enemies on and put your route to the test.

How to play Granny 3

Controls. WASD or arrow keys to move, mouse to look. Left-click / E to interact and pick up; right-click / Q to drop. Hide in wardrobes and under beds, and use thrown items or noise to pull a hunter away from where you need to be.

Tips:

• Think in floors. Granny 3 is two storeys — know which hunter is on which level before you cross open ground.
• Grandpa is slow but dangerous up close (and armed in this one) — keep distance and let his patrol pass rather than sneaking past his face.
• Plan one efficient route through the item chain instead of wandering; the bigger map punishes aimless searching.
• Use Practice mode to map both floors and the train/car escape steps, then turn the enemies on.
