Escape Road is a top-down car-chase survival game where you drive through a sprawling city with the police on your tail, and the only goal is to stay free as long as possible. Cop cars chase you down, ram you, and try to box you in — and the longer you survive, the more aggressive the pursuit becomes.

The driving is all about handling and nerve. You drift around corners, cut through traffic, and use the map's tight alleys and open stretches to shake your pursuers. There's a real risk-reward tension: push too hard and you spin into a wall or a roadblock; play it too safe and the police swarm closes in. Collecting coins during the chase lets you unlock new cars with different speed and handling.

How to play Escape Road

Controls. Arrow keys or WASD — steer, accelerate and reverse. Ease off the throttle and turn early to drift around tight corners; full speed into a turn usually ends in a crash.

Tips:

• Drift through corners instead of braking hard — keeping momentum is how you out-run the police.
• Use narrow alleys and turns to break the line of sight and shake pursuers off your tail.
• Grab coins when it's safe; they unlock faster cars that make later chases survivable.
• Don't drive into dead ends — always leave yourself an exit before the cop cars close the gap.
